Healthy Dinners

Been doing a lot of cardio and strength training recently – getting back into fitness and clean eating so I whipped this up for dinner. A whole wheat pasta with skinless chicken thigh, broccoli and with a dash of homemade pesto sauce. This dish is balanced in fibre, protein and low in cholesterol – the ingredients are all well balanced and will help me replenish after a grueling workout and great for regulating my diet. It is also very filling, so is perfect as a hearty meal.
