Headwaters Restaurant

So, me and a couple of friends decided to get real fancy and visit Caledon because we had heard good reviews of Headwaters Restaurant down at the Millcroft Inn and Spa. They always rotate their menus so I don’t know if these selections would still be available by the time you get there. I started off with the “Poutine” which is a braised veal cheek with russet gnocchi and brie cheese ($15). Another one of my friends started with the Beef Tartar, which is topped with a quail egg, Pommery, spiced salt, gherkin relish and shoots ($16). millcroft-2The mains were a delectable selection of dishes including a duck confit ($26), agnolotti ($18) but I opted for the seafood Paella which has chorizo, shrimps, mussels, lobster, cherry tomato, parsley, confit celery shoes with saffron infused basmati rice. millcroft-3Headwaters Restaurant. 55 John Street Alton, ON L7K 0C4519.-941-8111
